What do I need to use it?

Do I need to code?

Will my bot send emails or buy things on its own?

Not with this kit. Its rules make it show you the exact draft and wait for your yes before any send, post, purchase, deletion or submission.

Is my private info safe?

The kit tells your bot never to repeat passwords, codes, card numbers or ID numbers in chat and never to save them to memory. Logins go through a secure form or the site's own page.
